Vacant positions

As the central immigration authority in Finland, the Finnish Immigration Service grants residence permits, processes asylum applications, and is responsible for decision-making concerning Finnish citizenship. Our main office is located in Helsinki, in addition to which we have regional units in Lappeenranta and Kuhmo and temporarily in Imatra and Oulu. We employ a total of about 300 people.

In our recruitment of new staff, we value a flexible and service-minded attitude, the ability to co-operate well, and good language skills, in addition to having the necessary qualifications for the position in questions.
