All forms in Word and PDF format

All forms are available in Word and PDF format. Word forms may be filled in on the screen, saved to you own computer and completed at a convenient time. PDF forms are intended for printing out and completion by hand. There is no facility for submitting completed forms online.

You will require the Adobe Acrobat®Reader programme for viewing and printing out PDF forms. The programme can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe website at www.adobe.fi. You can use the Reader programme to save a blank form to your own computer.

The Reader programme is unable to save a completed form, however. If you wish to complete a PDF form on screen this must be done in one session and printed out immediately afterwards.

Information will be stored in the Register of Aliens

Information on an application or a declaration form submitted to the authorities will be stored in the Register of Aliens (Act on the Register of Aliens).
